You must provide and wear your own mask.

You must wear gloves, either your own or we will have gloves for sale at $1.00 a pair.

Everyone must social distance in the unit and

outside - 6' a part.

We will have 10 customers/people in the unit

at a time!

Come join us this weekend at our Ampersand Estate Sale in a lovely Skokie Condominium. This sale is filled with contemporary & vintage/retro furniture & lighting pieces, a Starck Spinet Piano, framed artwork, China, cut glass pieces, Mah Jongg set by Cardinal, kitchen items, small kitchen appliances, books, women’s clothing, shoes & purses, costume jewelry, electronics, nick knacks & collectibles, 33 & 45 records and so much more all these items are looking for new homes!

 Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards for sales over $10.00 but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Card transactions.

·       We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales. Ampersand does not provide moving help.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

So in the interest of the health and safety of our valued customers and our staff and as a result of our government’s request for all of us to work together to reduce the size of gatherings we will be limiting the sale to 10 customers in the condo at a time.

·        Numbers are given out at 9am Thursday, Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·        NEW Changes in our Pricing as of March 2020.

·        We believe we have priced fairly for most items to sell the first day.

·        On Thursday’s we are Full Price but are willing to entertain offers.

·        On Friday’s we will be 30% off most items & are willing to entertain offers.

·        On Saturday’s we will be 50% off most items & are willing to entertain offers.  We will be accepting more aggressive offers towards the end of the day on Saturday.

·        This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·       Please do not park on the grass.

We charge 3% for all credit card & debt card transactions with a $10.00 minimum charge.

Please Bring Big Strong Help and Truck or Van to Load Large Items since Ampersand does not have additional staff to provide moving help. Large items can only be moved out on Friday or one day during the following week.

Items are sold AS IS, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, please check all items fully before you make your purchases at the estate sale.

Please be respectful and mindful of the Neighbors and abide by traffic & parking laws, Double Parking, Blocking Cars in or Blocking Driveways or Garages will possibly cause ticketing or towing of your vehicle.

Take Lincoln Avenue north to 7601 N Lincoln Avenue. The condo building is on the north east corner of Howard Street and Lincoln Avenue.

You can only enter using the second entrance on Lincoln Avenue.
